I used life casting silicone from PS Composites for all of the casting, mainly because I could build it up in layers if necessary and I wanted to have more than one use out of the moulds. The silicone wont shrink and therefore I was able to run multiple moulds if necessary. The silicone was mixed and tested on the back of the models hand for any allergies before I applied it directly to her face. I also used Nivea cream as a barrier and plaster bandage as a support jacket.
